Company history
La nostra azienda nasce nel 2005, dalla volontà del titolare Maurizio Allemandi, di trasformare una passione in un mestiere. Dopo aver girato il mondo e fatto esperienza nelle cucine e location più prestigiose, come St. Moritz, Washington e Londra, dove ha potuto affinare il gusto per l’eccellenza e l’estetica, torna nel suo paese di origine Carrù, per mettere in pratica quanto imparato.
