Two pieces of 100g each, packed in a thermosealed tray, with preserving liquid. Burrata is a cheese made of stringy paste produced with whole cow’s milk, with a roundish shape and a “curled” closure on the top. The out wrapping contains frayed mozzarella paste immersed in uht milk cream. Handmade product, certified BRC/IFS/ISO. La burrata è una preparazione casearia tipica della Puglia, dalla forma rotondeggiante e con una chiusura apicale a fagotto. Fatta a mano e surgelata appena prodotta con metodo BQF.
