Product description

A mix: 60% Leccino, 30% Pesciolina, 10% Ogliarola Garganica. This oil is significantly different from the others due to its processing method: olives are pitted before the extraction and so only the pulp is pressed. This gives it a very fruity flavor. Only 0,11% of acidity! 100% Italian Organic EVO. Filtered, of course. In the olives’ pit there is a small part (almost 2%) which contains oil. We are able to obtain a lighter product extracting the oil only from the pulp: the ideal oil for who wants to flavour the dishes without covering the other flavours.
